Afro-Creole Dance is fundamentally beautiful it is enflames the heart and enchants the soul, after the exercise dance you will feel the validation of your external beauty but also it get to the deeper business of being beautiful inside as your muscle feel the strength.
Some people said after the Monday evening class they have the best sleep and some say that their body is more flexible. When they feel exhausted “tired” they come to dance they recharge their energy for the week.
I’m currently offering my classes in White Rock BC Canada. I hope to expand throughout Greater Vancouver and will consider performing across the province for special events.
